Terms and Conditions for Technology Support Services
Scope of Services: Our services include, but are not limited to, troubleshooting and repair of computer hardware and software, smart home devices,custom installations, upgrades, and network support.
Fees: Our fees for technology support services are based on the time and materials required to complete the work. We will provide an estimate of the total cost before beginning any work, and we will not exceed this amount without prior approval from the client.
Payment: Payment for technology support services is due upon completion of the work. We accept payment by cash, check, and major credit cards.
Warranty: All NEW hardware comes with a 30-day warranty. If any problems arise within this time frame, we will work to resolve them at no additional cost to the client. Warranty is VOIDED if there is any hardware tampering or virus/malware re-infestations.
Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any damages or losses resulting from our technology support services is limited to the total amount paid by the client.
Data Privacy: We will take all necessary precautions to protect the confidentiality of the client's data. However, the client is fully responsible for backing up their data before any work is performed.
Termination: Either party may terminate the technology support services at any time. Any fees for work completed prior to termination will be due and payable.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes to These Terms: We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
